Marzetta is a graduate of Tuskegee University where she received her BA in Business Administration. She is adept at analyzing situations from both sides of a transaction as an advocate whose goal is to insightfully negotiate successful deals where maximum value is realized. Her success is based almost exclusively on referrals from friends, family, and past clients as she helps them navigate the often-challenging waters of real estate in the residential and commercial sector.

In line with this unwavering dedication to excellence, Marzetta is backed by an efficient team of knowledgeable and resourceful professionals in addition to a vast network comprised of real estate attorneys, appraisers, lenders, among others.

Outside of real estate, Marzetta serves as the CFO of Black Smoke Music Worldwide, LLC, a family business she loves as it is currently the #1 independent gospel record label. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and speaking at conferences informing people about the importance of home ownership and Real Estate Investing.
